what roller rocker???

Hey man im pretty sure the felpro 1074 is for stock bore size 4.00 cause im pretty fure that when you bought that gasket it did not specify a bore size meaning it was stock size. And with the rockers people have used them with stock components. So as long as your clearances have been met and nothing is making contact then you are alright. As for the springs as long as they are specified for the lt1 engine and can hangle the lift of the cam then you will be alright just read the details on the cam lift and the spring capabilities and figure it out and youll have it.

well i asked summit and they said that the 1074 are ok to use with .030 over.... im calling comp now to be safe

ok so i called comp and they said im ok with the springs... as far as the rockers go like i said i already have the 1.6 scorpions...are these as good or better than the red aluminum comp cams ones? anyone have a personnel experience? i would like the pro mags but i really dont wanna be driving and hear my lifters a ticking away. i mean do i really need pro mags with my mild setup?

I went with Comp Cams Magnum 1.6's. I got them at half the price of Pro Mag's and really, you're not going to gain a ton of HP going to full roller rockers. A lot of guys on here will disagree with me, but since I got mine brand new for almost 200 less than Pro Mags, I'm pleased. They still tick quite a bit, but they can't be heard over my exhaust note unless you are lifting the hood.
