Question What resistor value bypasses the air pump?

What resistor value is needed to put in the airpump plug so that the SES light will not come on????

Any help is appreciated. If noone knows could anything be screwed up by buying many different resistor value's and doing trail and error???

Thanks.

Has your AIR pump been removed yet? My SES light never came on, although it is a 94.

If the value is too low then it will cause a short in the circuit. Over 2K ohm should be ok and probably will work. Do you have the old relay to read the resistance of the coil? That is what the PCM sees in the circuit.
