Yeah, if you could take some pics with the wires laid out. Are they all the same length, or are they precut for the proper length? Do they come with any direction as to which wire goes to which cylinder?

I'd probably be having a shop install them, but it would still be good to know.

 

They are pre-cut for proper length, but they are not labeled. They are not all the same length. Ill get some pics up tomorrow around noon(ish). Basically whenever i wake up.

As a rule of thumb just start with the longest going to the back cylinders and move towards the front. Or you can start with the shortest on the front and go back.

Thanks for the pic and the length photos. My car has been in the shop for 2 days, and they still haven't figured out whats wrong with it. I'm giving them another day, then taking it to a dealer, I'm sick of it.

Looks like i'll be holding off a while on the wires. The mechanic finally figured out what was wrong with my car after working on it for 2 days. Turns out 3 of my Injector wires were somehow stretched to the point they were intermittently making contact. After they charged me $150 just to pinpoint the problem, I left with an estimate of $303.60 to install new splice in injector pig tails @ $19.20 each plus 2.5 hours labor.

And if i opt to have them replace the Cap/Rotor/Wires/Plugs, add an additional $644.87 to that!

Kind of a waste since i was planning to sell the car.

Anyway as you can probably guess, my pocketbook will be pretty tight, so the wires will have to wait.
