I haven't seen this hose by the power steering fluid container. What is it?

The owner says the car came with an oil cooler. I have no idea what that is. Is that what that hose is?

That looks like an inline fuse and a power cable that they routed to the driverside firewall gromet. Does it have an aftermarket radio or amp as it looks like a power cable to me. Probably too big to route behind the PCM as most do.

The owner says that the oil cooler was an SLP option on this '97 SS. I'm not up to snuff on my '97 SS options, don't know where one is located, and don't know what one looks like, so...

Your guess is as good as mine about it being electric or fluid. It looks like radiator hose to me in the pic with some weird aluminum thing and blue hose out the other end.

I'll ask the owner, but it was really just an issue of curiousity... I'm not interested in buying the car... so he may not answer.

lol I feel all cool because I know an answer on this forum for a change. It is a inline fuse holder with a cable prob 0 guage in size or larger. Very expensive car audio cable usually.
