Copper plugs usually last a 15,000 miles or so. I didn't want to replace my plugs that often so I just replaced them with a new set of AC Delco double platinum plugs. No complaints here.

TR-55's here. Living in North Dakota the car is stored for 6 months each winter... and these plugs seem to foul if they sit for too long. Otherwise, I'm happy with them.
