what chuck said. The 220 part is jegs number. The cloyes number is just 9-3145

Does it matter that it says V6 in the description?

220-9-3145 SB-Chevy, 4.3L V6, 1985-up with Factory Roller Cam $79.99

Edit: nevermind, just noticed that it fits sbc V8 and the 4.3 V6.
