What Next?
Gotcha. I guess, Ill be ordering some sub frame connectors and a rear cover in the next week or so, maybe some 4.10's while im on the drivetrain/suspension mode. O the weld on or bolt on subframe connectors??
Weld ons are the best, if they are welded the right way. I dont know much about welding, but I do know on one of my 3rd gens I had a welder weld some SFC (sub frame connectors) on and he did a horrible job. After about a year the damn welds were coming lose. Bolt ons will do the job and are easy to install. With the welded ones you have to pay for a welded.
4.10 are good for the track, but if you do a lot of highway driving you are going to wish you had the 3.73's in. I have a M6 94Z with a cam, p&p heads, 1.6 rockers, shorty headers, no cat and a borla exhaust with stock 3.73 and cant get the tires to stick with high 12's all day. All my next mods are going to be suspension upgrades. I know I will hit mid to low 12's with the right tires and suspension.
