does that Flowmaster 80 series mean that you have the entire cat back or just the muffler, cause i think you're choking the hotcam engine with a stock exhaust diameter if it's just the muffler

get a good cat back

what kiind of tuning do you have?

cutout/more current cam are always good bets. Or if your feeling ballsy theres always blowing and stroking.

How about you get some suspension and traction components. I think some SFC's, LCA's, and some relocation brackets would help a lot. If you want more motor work, then I would say get some ported heads to open that beast up.

I would invest in a set of BFG Drag Radials. You may also want to look at getting your heads ported.

the best place to learn about suspension is right here.

ways to improve straight line traction are first gonna be some decent tires, either some good sticky street tires like g-force kdw's or firehawk SZ50's (and there are others), or you could go a little risky and drive on drag radials all the time. many guys say the Nitto DR are decent in rain as long as you are careful.

and to keep the suspension all in line you'll want to look into some lower control arms ($90 from BMR), maybe relocation brackets (not sure of price...but BMR sells them too), and sub frame connectors should help with body twist although they will add weight ($140 tubular from BMR), and a torque arm wouldn't hurt ($300 plus from BMR). you may be able to get away with just a poly graphite torque arm mount, mine made nice improvement on my Z and it's only $15 from jegs.

as you can see i'm partial to BMR, have alot of their stuff, love the quality, price is great and you get your choice of colors (nice bonus).

other companies to look into are LG motorsports, SLP, hotchkis, Global west

I have looked at BMR too. Straight Line performance is not a huge priority to me, I like to turn!! Hence the F-1's I was looking at SLP's package but it seems like I can do better for my Buck! I definately am going to upgrade my brakes cause I HATE the stock ones but I am interested in cornering performance. Also I have a set of racing tires mounted on steel wheels for track!
