What needs to be plugged after AIR pump removal?
Just like it says, what all needs to be plugged. Sizes would help too. I have the MAC headers BTW. I don't have a cat and am in the middle of an opti change so I figured this would be a great time to remove it.
Both headers AIR fittings need to be plugged and also the AIR pump feed off of the induction (the tube from the air pump to the intake behind the driver's side headlight).
I don't recall the exact sizes I used on my '95. There were two different sizes used based on the year but for some reason I can't remember which is which at the moment
May want to do a search

No, I'm just taking the Air Pump off. Correct me if I'm wrong but the EGR goes to the little extension on the Passenger side header right? Just want to make sure we're on the same page.
Yes, the EGR is connected to one of the passenger side primaries with a flex pipe. Leave that connected. The AIR fittings are larger and threaded which sit on top. If in doubt just feel the pipe upwards, if it's corrugated and goes to the rear of the intake manifold, that's EGR.
