What kind of times should I run?

Just bought a '94 TA and the modding shall begin!

It's got 140k so all I'm going to do before a new shortblock will be:

CAI
SLP Loudmouth
TB Bypass
160* T-Stat
*Maybe* Headers (Shorties, we have emissions)

What should I be running? Assuming good traction and a good driver? Thanks.

Work on the suspension first. Then just buy my S trim. Low 12's, easy.

On my first F-bod, my first trip in it to the track (in that car) I had Flowmaster cat back, K&N CAI, free mods, Edelbrock headers, Mcloud clutch, B&M short throw shifter and that was all and I'm a decent driver. The track conditions were good, it was hot and hummid (I live in TX). There were other F-bods there with basically the same mods as me that could not break the 13s. This was about three years ago. My car went 13.9@104...I would say you would be running close to that.
