What kind of numbers will I see?

My car is a 97 formula vert A4. I'll be doing some mods soon and I just wanted to see what kind of power/torque numbers and track times i should see. I know you all won't be able to give me an exact answer or anything, I'm just looking for a general range from some people with experience.
ok here is what i'm doing. 2800 converter, 3.73 gears, trans go shift kit, B&M tranny cooler, pacesetter long tubes (no air), pacesetter y-pipe, probably ditching the cats, hooker catback, cutout, ram air, 52mm throttle body with air foil, ported intake, i'm doing a home port and polish on the stock heads (gasket matching etc.), comp cams cam ( 224/230 .503/.510 with 112 lsa), comp promag 1.6 roller rockers, comp springs, comp pushrods, comp locks and retainers, comp lifters, OBD1 swap with LT4 knock module, getting rid of AIR and EGR junk, and a dyno tune.
let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions
thanks
