what kind of gains should I see from 1.6 RR's, LT4 Valve springs, Comp Push Rods?
I plan on doing Crane Gold 1.6RR's, LT4 valve springs, and comp hardened push rods? I am doing this next weekend. I just want to know what gains, HP, Torque, 1/4 mile type gains I should see.Thanx for the imput!!

I've seen a dyno from a guy on the local board who gained I believe 17 RWHP on a hotcammed C4 with just going from 1.6 to 1.7 RR. If you didnt gain anything with the 1.6RR, then you may want to scan for a problem elsewhere, such as knock retard, which is common when going to roller rockers due to the xtra noise. Without headers, you aren't going to see much gain due to the engine's lack of "breathing" with the stock manifolds.

It kind of depends on the motor and setup. If you have a cold air and headers, just doing 1.6 rockers will net you more than if your motor is stock. Being a stock motor I would think 5 hp. Maybe if you had alot of mods you could get 10. But That may be pushing it.

The 1.6 rockers were the last thing I added and I didn't feel squat with them. Am I saying I didn't net anything, no...I just personally couldn't feel any difference whatsoever...thus my guess at 5-10 rwhp...if gains were closer to 15+ I think I would have felt something...
