what kind of flow # can one expect with AFR 195's?

I bought a 383 lt4 z28 with afr 195 heads I don't have the flow # anywhere in the paper work. I am contemplating going with a custom cam and either having these massaged by lloyd or maybe going a diferent route. Or maybe just get a bigger cam if these heads are good the way they come?
Thanks

thanks, how do I tell if I have the street or the comp. I have the invoice and the item # is 1163 and the kit # 1031? I see you have these, looking at my sig would you just put a more aggresive cam in it along with a gear change or have them ported more as well.
thanks and Happy Easter Inj.
