what kind of changes will i experience if i get edelbrock midlenth headers?

hey i found a set of edelbrock midlength headers and y pipe for $100.. what kind of changes will i experience if i get these? i only have a flowmaster with a cutout right now. just curious if i want to do it or not?

Anything but shorty headers will relocate the cats, and that is generally against emissions regulations. I'm not sure about Texas.

$100 is dang cheap. Get them ceramic coated if they're not already!
