What are the hp gains from true duals?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the gains of true duals over a standard cat back on an all bolt on car. I now have 3'' dynomouth catback system dumped right before my rear axle. Im considering running dual 2.5's with possibly an x pipe and bullet mufflers. Do any of you guys know the gains from true duals?

Ive already seen that, but thats not a stock camaro dynoed there. Would you still see the same gains in an all bolt on car?

Im sure you wouldnt, Less air in less air out. So putting a better exhaust system on a car that doesnt have ported heads/cam, a blower, etc will yeild less of a gain than on a more heavely modded car.
