what is this hose called?

The hose that goes from the passenger side valve cover to the throttle body? I need to purchase a new one and am not sure what to call this one.

1994-1997 RH TB to valve cover CCV hose p/n 10128365 .

It's actually called a PCV hose, though it has no PCV valve in it. Part of the PCV system.
