What headers would put out the most power on a 95Z?

BBK, Dynomax, Edelbrock, Flowtech,Headman, Hooker, MAC, SLP.

NO Question....Hands down, LT's! Which BastardCar already told u the brands..

Just make sure that u have no emmisions and your good to go. (Unless u drop 1300 on the FLP's)

Custom, equal length, tuned headers for your powerband of choice

Buy what suits you, the difference is small enough that I'd go with something that has good plug access (like MACs). Power can be made with shorties, its been proven several times. Whats odd as well, other V8 cars have shown almost no power difference between block huggers and long tubes, I've seen the dyno sheets myself. I think long tubes are overrated, at least in terms of sub 600 HP street cars.
