I used UltraSeal gaskets from Autozone while installing my headers, and I am very happy with them, no problems so far. ( Watch my gaskets burn tomorrow, me and my big mouth. ) Good luck man.

Get the factory metal manifold gaskets. They're a 2 piece type metal gasket. I used em on my Mac's twice and had no leaks whatsoever.

I've been using the same Felpro gaskets for nearly 2 years now without any problems, they definitely get my recommendation. The part number is 1406, they are the "D" port gaskets.

what he means is factory metal gaskets. I used em and theyre great. If a bolt loostens up and you get a leak, you simply tighten the bolt and the leak goes away. Theyre almost blow proof.

is it possible that the header is warped?

I noticed in an article in a recent "Camaro Performers" that they used some soft aluminum gaskets from Flow Tech (part #99150AFLT). Does anyome have any experience with these?

I tried them and they still leaked alittle.....plus I had to drill some more holes in them because the didnt match up with the headers and that was a PITA.
