What to get!

Ok so i already bought some taylor 8mm spiro pro wires that are already cut to fit. I want otvc looms and i was wondering if the wires would still reach my opti if not what is the best way to protect them

Very unlikely. Just looking at how they are routed should tell you that OTVC requires much longer wires.

Also (assuming you don't have headers per your sig), OTVC with stock manifolds will result in burned wires, a cluttered busy engine bay, and is an overall bad idea.

im guessing i should just route them the same way as the stockers, also im trying to get the pulley that is right infront of the passenger side head thats next to the alternator but cant seem to figure out what tool i need, any ideas.

And what to you mean by "trying to get the pulley"? Do you mean trying to remove it? You don't need to remove any pullies to change the plug wires.

The power steering pulley. Im just want to see if i can move it to have better access to the wires. I dont want my new ones to get stuck in the pulleys and want to be able to tuck them away nicely
