fel-pro #1406 and the collectors are #2014 -2.5" and #2001 for 3". I think you'll need 1, 3 inch collector gasket for the cat. Im looking at summit and CMS. Total will be around 30 bucks. Think this is right hopefully someone will correct me if im wrong, this is what ill be getting, but what i get is usually wrong so u dont gotta listen to me

You know that piece in the driver side header. Are you supposed to take that off to fit the header in? Im still confused about this, mine came assembled but looks like u gotta cut some metal to get it off then put it back on when the header is in?? i mean they are 3 piece headers but they come assembled in 2 pieces. Does'nt make any sense to me

You can get all the gaskets at Advance or Autozone if you want to skip the shipping/waiting with mail order.

1406's, 2.5" collector gaskets, and 3" for the y to the cat. SuperDave preaches the truth I use 1406's, and Mr Gasket Ultra's for everything else. They're cheap, plentiful locally, and do a great job!

I have RK's, by the way.

You may want to look into having the slip fit part of of the y-pipe welded up after you get it where you want it. You'll see what I'm talking about when you assemble them. I'm not talking about the primary, but the part where the individual collector y pipes merge into. That little bolt clamp set up the have doesn't work very well. It cost me $10 to get them cut off and weld the y.

SuperDave, yes, I took a hack saw to that part of the flange on the drivers side yeader, just cut that off. It helps to have it separated for install/removal/leak prevention.

Mine are in the stock location. Some zip ties and attention to detail and you should have no problems. I've never burned a wire.

I wrapped the wires with taylor fire wrap and they have not burned since. This was only neccessary on the passenger side. The drivers side plug wires are in the stock location and doing great.
