Pull the fuse marked PCM-BAT on the driver's side of the dash.

It works. Shoebox gave me that info a few days ago. I had the service engine light on due to running the motor with maf sensor off. Pulled the fuse and it reset. By the way thanks shoebox.

Note that on a 1995, the PCM BATT fuse is under the hood in the fuse/relay panel and is only labeled as PCM. All other years, it's in the dash.
