What exactly is LT1 edit?

What exactly is LT1 edit?
Is it just a program that you can adjust your computer? Does it come with cables or?? How much does it cost and where can i get it.
My car has been smelling horribly rich since cam and PCMforless tune. Im sure that if I tune on it a little i can get a few more ponies out of her.

tunercat is cheaper and it allows to program an unlimited number of cars.
they do not come with cables... you can order one of those from Andrew @ www.akmcables.com
