What else in addition to LT4 Hot Cam kit?

I did a search and couldnt find what I was looking for so I'm posting this now. I know the LT4 Hot Cam isnt the biggest and best out there but I like to stay with the GM parts if possible and I really like how the kit is packaged together.

My question for those who have done the kit or those who know a little about it is this: What else do I need to get part wise to complete it? Is there anything you need for the install that the kit does not provide. Any install tricks to pass along? Is a higher stall necessary?

I'll be ordering it from Jason Cromer at Sam Taylor in the next week or so.

Thanks in advance.

You can also as another option buy a HD timing chain set that will work with the non vented opti at www.moreperformanceinc.com

Please explain. A lot of people are very happy with the Hot cam for daily drivers.

I'm not looking to run low 12s with the Hot Cam. Its a daily driver car and I'm just looking for a little bump in hp. I like the kit and all you get with it. If I go with a cam, the LT4 Hot Cam is what I'm going to get. I know there is bigger and better out there but I like the kit. And I've seen some folks run decent times with this cam.
