Hello,
I just found a wire hanging in my engine compartment. I have no idea how long it's been like this or what it goes to. It comes out of the harness wrapped in wire loom, between the radiator and the battery. It has a 3 prong connector, but only 2 wires and two of the prongs are being used.

I have attached pictures, please help me identify what this goes to.

Just fixed them, was trying to get a Text link to display instead of the URL..Nevermind, let me move them.

 

Might be the low coolant sensor plug...

Do you know where the sensor is for this connector? Where would I plug it in?

It's been so long since I unplugged mine. I think it is on the side of the radiator. I know you can see better with the battery is out of the way...

 

That sensor is on the passenger side of the radiator towards the top.

 

Thanks for the replies! Now I know exactly where it is. I may have unplugged it for the same reason Smok 'N 94 did. My Low Coolant light would stay on when my coolant level was fine. I guess I'll plug it back in and see what happens.
