At the crank? Mine is rated at 275 now and I did the tb bypass and cai, I should be pretty close. Any ideas?

not much

catback or tuning or rockers will get you there, or close to.

Headers will shoot you right over that mark.

best thing to do? all of them

A striaght through muffler or whole cat-back, and tuning are probably your best bet. That with what you already listed got me to 277rw.

Whats so magical about 300 fly?

I did 278 rear wheel with FIPK, Mac catback, and tuning.
Thats over 300 fly with an auto.
With the JH LTs and a new opti I am sure its over 300 rear wheel now.

hmmmmm..... the wise and humble scoobster would have to say....

Money

But your goal is really not that far fetched at all. With CAI and catback you will easily break 300hp. I believe TByrne has a performance package for under a 1000....

I also hit the 287 RW mark with CAI, Y-pipe, and cat-back. I think I could hit 300 with any brand of headers, or be JUST shy of it by putting in the Comp Pro Mags sitting on the workbench.

Dave,
While you have those heads off I can port them for you and make real horsepower gains. Check out the website and get in touch with me if I can help.
Thanks
