What does this spark plug condition mean?
I have a set of tr-55s i put in about 2k miles ago gapped at .050. I remember when i pulled the old ones out, they were coated in white and from what i could find on the internet it meant they were burning too hot. I was just curious if i have to do anything about this? I'll get a pic of one of my current plugs but they are getting coated in white again. I was just wondering if i should be doing anything about it?
For current reference, they are kind of like plug #20 although the plug itself is in a lot better condition.

I was thinking maybe it was running to lean, am i correct and what do i do about it?
Is it possible that this is causing a misfire because i am getting them occassionally.
