What do you think I'll run?

Ok, a month ago I ran 13.6@101 with a 2.0 60' on BFG DR's. Stock manifolds/Y-pipe, hooker cat-back, 3.73s, SLP CAI, madwolf PCM tune, BMR SFCs/LCAs/STB. I added pacesetter longtubes, catless Y pipe, new O2s, NGK plugs, Taylor OTVC wires....

When I ran my 2 rear plugs were very loose and fouled, and the front passenger side plug (#2) was the factory original. The #5 plug wire was burned and cracked...

I'm heading back to the track 4/7 (wednesday)

Wow, this thread is old! I ended up running a best of 13.4@103, but now I'm down to 13.3@105, so you were right

Re: What do you think I'll run?

The only thing I didn't mention that I got is an exhaust cutout.....helped slightly at the track.

NX GM EFI kit, Gen X2 upgrade, Harlan window switch, MSD Digital 6 and a Racetronix fuel pump are all going in very soon....gonna spray 100, and if all goes well, the shot will be upped to 150

After that setup is complete, I will focus on a tranny rebuild, then the block that is sitting in my garage will get built.

Re: What do you think I'll run?

Let me know how it does, I have really been tempted to go the N2O route since these days its hard to compete with cars that come out of the factory with 400-425hp stock and then with bolt ons they are even faster.

What led you to choose that route? The only thing that worries me about N2O is that weak link 4L60E.

Hoping for 11's with that 150 shot?

Well, I'd rather be making alot of power but keep the stock rev limiter....it's safer than spinning it to 6500+.

I'm using a window switch so I won't spray through the shifts, just gotta pray it holds the power while in gear...

Re: What do you think I'll run?

I can see where you are coming from. Are you going to at least try a tranny cooler to band-aid your tranny till the rebuild?

I like the N2O option, better gas mileage than H/C, no daily strain on the engine unless you spray, power on demand, and enough to keep up with a Z06.

I am just worried about the A4 checking out too soon after I spray, thats only my luck.

Good Luck.
