idk, doesnt look terrible, but u can build a really nice short-block for that price
or check victoryracingengines.com, they have 383s for around 3k for a shortblock, and then u could get a LE1 package for a grand and have probably a better motor that i would trust more

parts are good, but it's all in how well it was built. for that price, contact a known engine builder or one off this board

Personally, I would pass. It is vague on some of the parts and if the heads were ported in-house, you don't know what kind of expertise this individual has. As mentioned above, for that amount of money, there are other options out there.

I would pass, it looks like hes using the cheapest of the cheap in parts selection. And those cams sure look small for a stroker JMO.
