What do you say is the ideal lift on a solid roller cam for a 396 stroker?

What do you say is the ideal lift on a solid roller cam for a 396 stroker?

396 solid roller (11:7:1), what do you think would be the ideal lift #'s on the intake & exhaust. Trying to get some information about camshafts for 396 solid rollers. Thanks!

Cam lift depends almost entirely on how your heads flow... no sense lifting the valves higher than the point where flow stalls. You pick the cam AFTER you pick the heads.

The heads Iam currently running are AFR 210cc heads competition porting.
