The only thing that I don't like about it is that the two pictures look like they are not the same thing. Let me know. I'm thinking about getting it because it is chrome and cheap. My vortec elbow would look great with it.

I personally think you'd be just as well off by making your own.

stupid names aside, its not that bad of a self made intake. Yes, I could make my own, but I do not have the ability to bend the piping like that and it is roughly the same price that it would cost me for PVC piping and an air filter and I would still have to fab it up myself....

Well that thing is gonna finish up around 80$ with shipping included. I'd rather make my own.

You're right...they don't look the same...look at the hoses...Anyway, I would just save for a known good one...LPE, Moroso, K&N, etc...just my opinion....

I'll probably end up making my own. I have one that I made for the strip. It works wonderfully, but looks like total ***.

I don't see anything wrong with it. It would be nice to see a pic of the filter though. And to know what kind of filter it is. But It looks better than most of the homemade jobs that I've seen.

Its $74.45 after shipping and I am SURE it does not come with a real K&N filter! So if you buy a real filter for it your at $125. Still much cheaper than the FIPK's $199 retail and its polished which gets a IMO.
