what do i need to run kmotion k800's?

what do i need to run kmotion k800's?

getting ready to put the new valvesprings on with the heads off the car and need to know what i need to make the kmotion k-800s work with the stock heads. can i use stock retainers or do i need aftermarket? without machining do i need to get seats or shims?

Send a PM or email to 'Twofast4lv', he uses them all the time.

....his other username is 'OneFlyn95z28' on here. The only place I see him here any more is in the Advanced Tech section. One place he IS on every day is LS1tech.com in the 'LT1' and the 'Northwest' regional section. His username over there is also 'Twofast4lv'.
