I want to install nitrous, but I want to do it safe. I am in the procces of buillding my 383 stroker, and I want to do everything right. Do the nitrous systems have all the safty devices that you will need not to blow your **** up. If someone has advice on which system is best and what I need to buy with it. that would be great. I am going to have 10:6.1 compression. Is that to low. I want to shoot a 200 shot at it. I have -18cc diamound forged pistons coated and le2 heads coated. What cam is good for having power naturaly aspirated then shooting it with a 200 shot.

 

I would start doing some research in the nitrous forum and also check out the "nitrous accessories" sticky. It will tell you all that you need to safely spray. A basic kit will not come with that stuff, you will have to buy it seperately. My total cost for my nitrous setup for both the kit and all the add-ons tallied to around 1500.
