That's going to be hard to with bolt on's. As for the TB bypass we need to know the year of your car. As for me (96) all I needed was some hose clamps. Other years may need a hose barb ect.

It will be extremly hard to get 350rwhp with just bolt on's. It can probably be done but will be very very hard. But you can get 350hp to the flywheel. You will need LT's(or good mids), cutout or good catback, CAI, and a good tune. That should get you around 350hp to the flywheel. If it doesn't get yourself some 1.6 or 1.7rr's that should get you there for sure.

i personally think flowmasters are crap. There are definately better thing on the market. As for everyone elses comments, I think you might be able to hit 350 hp with bolt-on's, as long as you are selective. But at the same time, don't forget that horsepower is not everything.

I'd look at a good, non-chambered muffler. They generally flow better and don't rattle or pop as much. Besides, everyone and their brother has a flowmaster.

I have heard bad things about flows. I like Hooker for the $. Oh and lt's, no cat (or high flow if you need to pass emissions), cat-back, tune, 1.6 rr's, and you could try some littler mods that wont hurt like a crank pulley, 1LE driveshaft and such.

Dynomax makes a pretty nice non-chambered muffler. I like my ultraflow, it sounds pretty good. Much louder now with the cam, but still bearable.
