What different on a 94 as opposed to other lt1s?

I know a fair amount about lt1s, and kinda looking at a 94. Jsut wondering what are some of the differences, pros and cons of them?

so far what I know...

-Most likely OBDI
-non-vented opti

Any other major mechanical things that are beneficial or bad for modding for a daily driven street car?

As far as I know, you hit the main points.

It it so much easier to program with flash memory (94-95) OBD I. But there are OBD II programs out there for 96-97.

OBD1 also makes it a little more difficult to pass emissions
That would be one of the Cons

A con about a non-vented opti is that it is more likely to fail. The good thing is that the vented opti conversion is actually cheaper that a regualr opti. So if urs ever fails, I would just recommend stepping up to the vented opti conversion.
