What could do this?

I know there are a thousand posts about this, but I don't know that any completely cover my question. The car
1. Hesitates badly on takeoff, more so as it warms up
2. Pops and backfires at heavy throttle
3. Surges and lunges below 2500 RPMS.
4. Idles like a dragster once completely warm

Opti only has around 40K on it
NGK TR6 plugs and Accel Extreme 9000 wires have about 20K on them.
O2s since I seafoamed.
Brand new MSD coil (bandaid on a bullet wound)
Fuel pressure does not fall during backfires.

I used Seafoam a few months ago before this problem started. Could that have fouled my plugs? I pulled 2 plugs, both looked okay, but then again, I'm not a pro at reading plugs.

Also, I could swear that I can hear a louder than normal tick under the valve cover, but I do have full roller rockers. That would cause this would it? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Are you still running cats? If so, and this is just a guess, could they maybe be clogged with a ton of the carbon that the Seafoam broke up?

I thought about that as well since that's the only Seafoam question nobody seems to be able to answer. Answer is, I have one, LOL. Passenger side cat broke up a while back, so I had it "fixed." Driver side was fine, but may not be now.

Could be a loose rocker arm. I've been having that problem after my cam install.
