Question What Could Be Causing Hesitation?

Lastnight I made a WOT run and it felt like the car hit a dead spot. So today I went out and made another WOT run and confirmed with my Scanmaster that the car is hesitating for a second at 4400 - 4500 RPM in 3rd gear. The car pulls strong up to that point and after it gets past that hesitation point. Any ideas on what could be causing this? The car is a 95 Z, A4 and 3.23's. Let me know if any other Scanmaster readings are needed. Thanks.

If it were a flat spot like you said, then wouldn't it happen in every gear? The hesitation I explained only occurs in 3rd. Thanks.
