What camshaft should I get?

I'm looking for a camshaft, but I dont know what lift or duration I should get? Any recommendations?

You need to ask yourself what you want with the car, how often are you going to drive it, what do you plan to do with it.

Its going to be a weekend driver to go cruising in but also I want to take it to the track and do work.

Stock bottom end a cc503 is good, a lot of people use cc306's but that requires a lot more rpm's and on the stock bottom end that is risky.
