Question What Cam?!?!?

i'm looking to add a cam to my 96 SS. I have heard alot about the LT4 hot cam kit and i am very interested. But i also want to know if it is a better choice over putting my own kit together with like a comp cam or another cam company. I want my car to be a fast STREET car. And curious what to go with. I am also curious about how much i'll pay and how long it will take for install.

Well, If you want to be a FAST street car, your going to want to go bigger than the hot cam kit. Its actually not a bad setup but your going to want to go bigger. What are your hp goals for this car?. Will it ever see track time?,daily driver?,do you plan on doing heads?. Answer some of those questions and we'll begen from there.
