what all do i have to unbolt and remove before pulling the motor out the top.

Never taken one out the top of a 4th gen before, just the bottom. Bottom looks MUCH easier than top.

but ill just go with what i think is logical here

tranny
accessory bracket (ac, pwr steering, alt)
radiator
headers
wiring harness
intake (maybe)

and that is why the bottom is much better in my opinion than top. dont have to **** with the tranny, headers, acc bracket while its in the car. nor does the radiator have to be taken out.

 

go out the bottom i did it with just cherry picker and a huge truck tranny jack to put the whole K member on. It worked great i would never do the top after going out the bottom.
