What about these engine companies?

Hello my frieng needs a new or rebuilt engine for his 1995 z28 and we found these companies on line and got some a quote from each. What fo you guys think? any other places near or in california that is good?

ATK Remanufactured Engines
Long Block $2,095 shipped 3 year unlimited mileage warranty

Precision Engine Rebuilders
They rebuild mine for $1,296 plus $550 for shipping back and forth
1 Year unlimited mileage warranty
This place will also put in any performance parts like a cam without it voiding the warranty.

any input is appreciated, thanks, will

Chad (Golen) is very nice to talk to, and he will help you with any questions you may have. They sell a high quality product.

You may also want to look into VRE, they have become quite popular as of late and if you search on here you will find that they are getting very good reviews from alot of members.
