Unhappy Well, my tranny went out on my tonight

Not to get into a long story, but on the way home tonight from celebrating 4th of July, my tranny took a dump. It's a 94 Trans Am, automatic. It will not shift into drive, 1, 2, or 3, but it shifts into reverse and park. Checked the fluid and its burnt, and has a nice burnt smell to it, plus it started smoking too. Anyway, does anyone know any sites where I can find some good prices on transmissions, either new or remanufactured? I don't have alot of money to spend so I need to take the least expensive route. Or would it be cheaper to get it rebuilt? Thanks.
