Well this !@#$ing sucks!

Great... broke my dang steering linkage trying to install the RJE....

I'm completely f34ked now... Wondering ....should I spend the money on the a replacement steering linkage...or a shotgun and just end my suffering... this is getting annoying... First I can't find a dang press to get the dang A arm bushings in... then I try to get my $@#% K-member and...and low and behold F34king PAracing doesn't supply Bolts... or Instructions...dangit! Holly shzt Batman we're F34ked now!

:explosion:

I'm just glad there's no little kids nearby my house to hear my colorful display of profanity...

How do dod I break the linkage... well glade you asked... maybe some of the other impatient folks that get easily frustraited on this site like me might want a heads up on this one...

Well.... after about 45 minutes of grinding or so I was able to removed the lower portion of the Steering linkage.... but wait whats this... the Rivets are still in there... so I grinded...Grinded and Grinded some more... then I saw that the rivet looekd as thought it was breaking free... so I drilled... and I drilled and I drilled...and I drilled... then finally The rag joint itself cameout... but wait... oh no...what's this again... the rivets are still in there... so I took out my grinding wheel this time and ground the extra rivet junk out my way... but it was still stuck in there... I figured... no point in using the drill anymore... and spending another three hours tryign to get it out... so let me just tap it out... "Tap"..."Tap" ... "Tap" ..."Tap" went my hammer... hmm the river did not budge... so I tapped somore... wait a minute... this looks bent... so I wacked it back into place... then I went back to the drill gindger... still didn't come out... So I banged it someore... even put the torch on it... this dang rivet would not move... so after all the wacking and grinding I finally realized that the lower end of the steering linkage ... "not the knucke" ... but htat connecting rod where the rivit ends connect into... had been flexed to much... I saw the Metal start cracking and new that was it for the piece...and after all that I still didn't get the Dang Rivet out!!!

So anyone have a the part numer to the steering linkage?
I'd look in the junk yard around here but... .001% of the time they have what I need....in the mean time lear from my mistake... Don't Tape the rivet out... even if it looks like it can be... Drill...Grind... but put the hammer down!!!! Please!

Actually I think they would have the linkage, it isn't like that is something people usually have issues with...
