Weird smell... anything to worry about?

I did a burnout and went kinda hard on my clutch. I don't exactly know how long ago the clutch was replaced but I know it can't be new. So after I did it there is a weird, burning kind of smell comming from engine bay/around the clutch and tranny.

The smell would go away while driving but when I stopped, then let out the clutch to put it in first it would come back pretty strong, then go away again. And now on 1st gear start up the car is a little shaky.

It did get a little better (both the smell and shaking) after a about 5-10 KM of driving. Car is sitting outside right now. So anything I should be worried about? I didn't fry the clutch did I? Thanks

Day 2: The car cooled off over night and the smell was gone by morning. But on my way back from school I ran the clutch more than I did on the way there (didn't go striaght home)

So now the smell came back. Not super bad but it's still there. Still comming from under the hood and around the front wheels/tranny.

Someone has to have some sort of idea as to what this is? Not very reasurring if no one has ever heard of anything like this before. The clutch still runs a little rough. Did I fry my clutch? Thanks

Clutches slip less when they are cold. Back when mine was a standard I kept a water sprayer with me so I could spray it down between rounds at the track. Sounds to me like you should start shopping for a new clutch.
