weird problem on startup, video inside.
When I start my car, it shakes badly and feels like it is running on 3 cylinders. I have to keep the RPM's at about 1500 to keep it running. after about 20 seconds the problem totally clears up and the car runs perfect. It does this when it is both hot and cold. Here's the video:

Need daylight to see if you are running rich. Does it smell like it? Might be a bad fuel pressure regulator that is letting fuel in the vacuum hose or might be a leaky injector that is puddling fuel in a cylinder. It would then clear up after the engine warmed a little and cleared out the excess fuel.
Re: weird problem, video inside.
sorry for the late reply. After I posted this video, the car ran great and did not do this for about 2 months (not even once). Then, last week it started again, everytime I start the car. I hope by bringing this back up to the top, someone will know what is wrong with it.
Re: weird problem, video inside.
What about the other 2 months?
Have you changed your oil since July? Have you checked it since then? If not does it smell like fuel?
What does the intake elbow look like on the inside by the throttle body?

On the odd occasion, my car does the exact same on startup.
Pull out your dipstick and smell the oil on it, if it smells like gas then you most probably have a leaking injector. There is an easy check for this, you can undo the four bolts holding down the fuel rails, lift the rails up with the injectors still hooked up, turn the ignition on but don't crank the engine, just let the fuel pump prime the fuel lines and then you can check underneath the injectors for any spraying/dripping.
If your oil smells clear, then you either have a bad fpr or the valve in the fuel pump is'nt holding and letting the fuel drain back into the tank. You can check to see if the fpr is bad by pulling off the vacuum hose from the intake and see if it smells of gas.
If the startup gets on your nerves then you can try switching off, turn the ignition back on, let the fuel pump prime, switch off again, switch on again, let the fuel pump prime once more then start it. It should run ok then, I think the fuel traces back down the fuel lines and you get a vapour lock. So priming it helps to get the fuel back to the injectors.
