way to quiet

I’m the proud owner of a 1997 Camaro SS 30th white with orange strips. I purchased the car from the estate of a 79 year old grandpa who die in Florida. The car only had 6,000 miles on it and I paid $15,000 dollars for it on New Years Day 1 ½ years ago. The family told me the Grandpa bought the car new on the way home from getting his airplane pilots licence removed, what a guy.

The car has the 2otl exhaust option plus I removed GM’s cone. This exhaust sounds great, but it is way to quiet. I’m planing on putting on headers this winter for performance. What are the best options to try to get the car louder without ripping off the 2otl exhaust.

Thanks

Headers will make it louder, I would also convert it to a single cat system in the process.

Headers and straight-pipes will make all the old people give you dirty looks.
