Exclamation Water pump replacement

Ok guys, how do you know when it is time to replace the water pump before it damages the opti spark... Stupid me didn't replace the water pump when I replace the opti last month. Now I am worried that the water pump will go and will damage the freakin opti. When is a good time to replace the water pump. I have at least 88,000 miles on my car.

it should drip coolant before it pours it out. A friend of mines father told him he should just attach a small hose to the wheep hole that way if it leaked the coolant would spill out in front of the opti instead of all over it. not a bad idea if you ask me.

When it begins to drip out the weep hole is time to replace it. Yours may last a while longer, who knows. I would not replace it unless it is leaking.
