Water pump drivehshaft seal leak?

I am trying to find an oil leak and i'm pretty sure its coming from the timing cover. I thought it was the hub being loose or the hub seal but after torquing it back down to spec, putting new oil in, wiping everything down, then starting it again to see if i can see anything, it seems not to be the culprit. The opti and water pump were clean as a whistle when i installed them with the cam package about 100 miles ago. only 4 and 1/4 quarts came out so i'm loosing some serious oil. From what I've seen and in the pictures it looks like it might be the waterpump driveshaft seal (which i just replaced along with all the other timing cover seals). I'm going to drive to school to see if maybe it was the hub but im pretty sure its the waterpump driveshaft seal. Can anything get damaged from all the oil getting on the opti and water pump?

here it is before i cleaned or torqued anything:

Mine is leaking the same way, although it looks like yours is leaking very badly. I would change the WP seal immediately. The opti can be damaged because oil will work its way inside the body by being slung around by the crank hub, and can eventually damage the sensor.

yea well i hope its not to late, today on the way to school it started sputtering and kept stalling really badly and then a very loud clicking started coming from the left valve cover and had very little power, so i pulled it into a parking lot and got a ride home. I guess i'm gonna head over there tomorrow with some tools and see what was ticking under that valve cover. Im hoping its a loose rocker arm, only about a hundred miles on everything.. i can't win with this thing
