water pump?

water pump?

need a water pump and thinking about going electric while im at it. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

CSR and Meziere are the two popular choices.

spend a little extra and get a meziere, the csr damn near left me stranded with an overheated car, the impeller spun off the motor shaft and jamed the pump which blew the fuse. long story short the threads on the shaft are threaded in the wrong direction...

wheres the best place to get them from, Summit? and with those i just reuse the stock housing correct? does it matter what the flow is.

i got mine off of summit, and yea it reuses the stock housing, just have to cut out a notch in the fan shroud to fit the pump

No complaints about the CSR here. IMO, it doesn't matter which one you go with - it will either be a hit or miss with either one.

The only reason i don't like the csr is that the impeller was threaded on to the motor in a fashion that the force from the impeller rotating through the water unscrews the impeller, all that is holding it from spining off is locktight. If they would have threaded the shaft in the reverse direction there would be no issues...just my $.02

any major differences between the 55gpm and 43 gpm besides the "GPM"? and will i need the suggested "wiring relay kit"?

more Gallons per min. I really like the miezere. The cheapest I found it was on Summit. Good luck

dont bother with the electronic one if you drive it everyday, otherwise, go for it.
