I don't know about a gallon, but your most likely problem is starting it up every two weeks. This is the one of the worst things you can do to a car that is gonna be sitting. What happens is you start the car and let it run a while and shut it off, if your oil has not got good and hot.. Hot enough to boil the water off, and it adds up every time.. You are gonna get moisture, or water in your oil and the engine oil needs to get hot to get rid of it. When you keep starting it up and shutting it off without running the car to full operating temperature of the oil it collects condensation from heating up and cooling off in a short period of time, and this happens over and over and water collects.

You sir are a very smart man. That is why some engines that sit for long periods of time develoupe low compression on one or 2 cylenders or spin a berring not long after getting them back on the road. What happens is the water that has formed from condensation gets mixed in the oil and pumped to the crank journals and then after a min or 2 of running the owner shuts the car off and leaves it for a few weeks. in that time the water that was mixed in the oil and pumped into the crank journals causes the journals to rust thus causing the berring to spin onc the car is drove some. The condensation also works its magic on the cylender walls causing rust and eating the rings causing the low compression.

To the thread starter: The cause of the water was more than likely vandalism. Unless there are things your leaving out. By posting this thread you asked for the opinion of the members of this board. And thats all we can offer is opinions. We cannot give you any answer with 100% certianty that it is the sole cause of the water. If you do not like our opinions on how the water got there then dont ask for them. When someone makes a comment you dont liek you dont have to throw a tempure tantrum like a 5 year old. Some people will read the thread some wont its something you have to deal with when posting on a online forum.

Now c'mon... the dude was frustrated that people were giving opinions w/out comprehending his information. Everyone stop being so damned sensitive already...
