Water leak??

After I washed the car Sun morning (and conditioned the leather, and did the tires, and cleaned the plastic, and cleaned under the hood, ) I decided to vacuum the carpets. When I lifted up the front pass side mat it was wet underneath. Just wondering if anyone else has had any problems with water leaks. Is there a common problem that I should look for? **** like this is my worst nightmare.

door seals and t-tops seals are prone to leak, spray some silacone on them that will expand them a little, thats what happened to me but mine was a little diffrent, it rained out and had like a gallon of water on my pass side floor

Mine is a hardtop, but I will do the door seals and see if that helps. Thanks for the tip.

I wouldnt put anything on the seals to expand them. It will eventually eat away at the rubber. I would suspect it is the seal on the door jam. GM doesnt glue these down, and over time they tend to leak. Run a bead of sealant in weather stripping and then push it back in place. Your door and or window may actually need adjustment. If it only happens when you wash the car and not when it rains, you may want to do nothing sometimes it only gets worse as you try to fix it.

it doesnt really expand them, i explained that wrong, it soften's them up, it work for me, thats why i told him to use it, alot better than paying over 100 bucks for the seals
